Bookkeeping in Dubai
Keep transactions complete, classified and reconciled so management and tax filings are built on reliable data.
Cost of Delay
There is no single bookkeeping fine. Poor books can cause tax-return errors, AED 10,000 record-keeping penalties under Corporate Tax, failed audits and weak cash visibility.

Frequently asked questions
What does Regent include in its Bookkeeping service?
Scope includes transaction recording, bank and control-account reconciliations, supporting-document review, and monthly close checklist. The proposal confirms entities, periods and exclusions.
When should we start and what will Regent need?
Start when the obligation, transaction, notice or deadline is known. Regent will issue a focused request list beginning with transaction recording, entity details, records and dates.
Can we check our position before committing to the full service?
Yes. Use the Bookkeeping Cost Calculator for an initial indication, then route the result to the appropriate Regent advisor.
Can you take over accounting that is already behind?
Yes, this is one of the more common ways businesses start working with us. We reconcile the backlog, bring the records current, and then move you onto a normal monthly close.
How often should bookkeeping be updated?
Transaction volume and risk determine the right rhythm, but most active businesses should update core records at least weekly and close the accounts monthly. Bank, payment-gateway, receivables, payables and inventory reconciliations should follow a documented calendar. Waiting until the VAT return or year-end makes errors harder to trace, weakens cash visibility and increases audit and tax risk. Can bookkeeping be outsourced while management retains control?
Yes. Outsourcing changes who performs the processing, not who is responsible for the company's records and decisions. A sound arrangement defines the accounting framework, approval limits, document flow, close timetable, access rights, review responsibilities, data ownership and exit plan. Management should retain payment authority and review monthly reconciliations and reports rather than handing over unchecked control.
